After being charged with sexual battery and aggravated assault and battery earlier this week, Cash Money Records president Mack Maine turned himself over to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center on Friday, September 20. After completing a walkthrough, the 31-year-old rap star was released on $9,000 bail.
The New Orleans rapper was charged with two felony criminal charges after he allegedly grabbed the right breast of a fan named Rachel Reed after she and another female companion boarded his assigned “Amerika’s Most Wanted” tour bus on August 22 upon the MC’s invitation. When the two ladies tried to get off the bus, Maine “held the door shut.”
When the pair got a second chance at getting down from the vehicle, Reed’s friend Cailey Maddox tried to descend the steps of the bus. When she turned back to get Reed, she was instead punched on the face by the Young Money Entertainment label artist. He was said breaking her jaw and knocking her down.

Maine’s legal predicament came just within a week away of his record label’s biggest release this year, that of Toronto rap superstar Drake’s new album “Nothing Was the Same”, set to come out on Tuesday, September 24. Drake is on a promo blitz for his new studio set, recently appearing on such hit TV talk shows as “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” and “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”

A slew of celebrities stepped out to attend the 2013 New York City Ballet Fall Gala at Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater. Natalie Portman and Sarah Jessica Parker were among the famous faces who stole attention when gracing the red carpet.
“Black Swan” star Portman looked gorgeous in a textured, tri-color aqua-yellow-and-black strapless dress from Christian Dior. Wearing a minimal makeup with her long hair down, she completed her look with a Richard Mille watch and a matching clutch.
The Jane Foster of “Thor” movie series came to support her dapper-looking husband Benjamin Millepied. The choreographer, who serves as a new Director of Dance at the Paris Opera Ballet, was set to present his original work at the event.
“Sex and the City” actress Parker also looked radiant in her soft-hued gown that was dubbed “Meeting of Two Minds” because it was a mix-and-match of Olivier Theyskins silk-organza silk bottom/skirt and Prabal Gurung satin bustier.
The “Glee” star, 48, styled her long locks in a neat ponytail and applied smoky eye makeup. The mother of three finished off her look with Manolo Blahnik shoes, an Acne bag, a Fenton-Fallon pave palm cuff, and Fred Leighton diamond drop earrings.
Drew Barrymore was also among the celebrity guests. The “50 First Dates” beauty opted for black, wearing head-to-toe Chanel, including “C” logo earrings. The 38-year-old star paired her lace-sleeved dress with matching black pumps and a clutch.
Hotel heiress Nicky Hilton wore a Grecian gown with beaded waist and neckline, celebrity wedding planner Martha Stewart went with a three-quarter gold pants and jacket combo, while model/actress Amber Valletta chose an electric pink number with a sexy slit.

Joachim LOEW BEMUSED BY "REAL SELLING OZIL TO ARSENAL..."

Mesut Ozil's move to Arsenal is good for the German national side, coach Joachim Loew believes, but he is bemused by Real Madrid's decision to sell their midfield star.
Ozil, 24, joined Premier League side Arsenal for 50 million euros on Monday's transfer deadline day after Real completed the signing of Gareth Bale from Tottenham Hotspur.
Loew said he was happy to see Ozil move to the Gunners to work under coach Arsene Wenger, but bemused as to why Real let him go.
"The transfer is good for the national team, he will have a top coach at Arsenal and will be playing at a very high level, that'll suit him well," said Loew with Germany hosting Austria in a World Cup qualifier in Munich on Friday.
"I have heard a few players like Cristiano Ronaldo or Sami Khedira are sad to lose a class player.
"And for me it's hard to understand why Real let one of their top scorers go, but that's business."
Ozil netted 10 goals for Real last season, setting up a further 24 as Cristiano Ronaldo finished as Real's top scorer with 55.
Loew said he has already noticed Ozil is clearly "happy and satisfied" with the move during his training sessions with the Germany squad in Munich.
"He's a sensitive player who needs a lot of confidence in him from his club and coach," said Loew.
"I phoned him in the days before the transfer, because you could feel that this trust was not quite 100 percent there."
Ozil has made 47 appearances for Germany, scoring 14 goals.
